Who we are

Origin Agribusiness Ltd(“Origin”, “we”) is a farming company registered in Ghana with its registered address at Essuehyia, Ekumfi District, Central Region, Ghana. This policy explains what we do with personal information you give us through www.originagribusiness.com.

What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us we collect the details you enter: name, company, role, email address, phone and WhatsApp numbers, delivery destination, and the content of your message. We also record the time of submission and assign a reference number.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange samples, and — if we go on to trade — perform the contract. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without asking you first.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in a database hosted by Supabase (EU region) and delivered by email through Resend. Both act as processors under written terms. The website is hosted on Vercel, which collects standard server logs and aggregate analytics without cookies.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and for up to three years afterwards for business records, unless a trading relationship requires longer.

Your rights

Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) — and, where it applies, the data protection law of your own country — you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it is used. Email info@originagribusiness.com and we will respond within 30 days.
