The website is published by Origin Agribusiness Ltd, Essuehyia, Ekumfi District, Central Region, Ghana. Content is provided for general information about the company and its produce. We try to keep it accurate but it does not form part of any contract.

Quotations, not offers

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell. Submitting a quote request is an invitation for us to quote; a contract only arises when a written quotation is accepted in writing by both parties. Quotations state their own validity period, specification, packaging, delivery terms and payment terms, and those terms take precedence over anything on this site.

Specifications

Ginger is an agricultural product. Grade, moisture and availability vary by harvest and are confirmed per lot on the quotation. Descriptions on this site are indicative.

Intellectual property

The Origin Agribusiness name, logo and photographs are ours. You may link to this site freely; please ask before reproducing photographs.

Liability

We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Ghanaian law.
